Delivery Information
We offer USPS First Class Shipping (3-5 days), Priority Flat Rate (2-3 days), and Express Overnight Delivery. You will be given the different price options at checkout. Please understand when choosing overnight delivery that occasionally the post office cannot absolutely guarantee next day. We cannot be held responsible for postal service delays.
We ship most orders out the next business day when possible. Orders received during the weekend will be processed on the next business day. There are occasional random days during the month that we may not ship. This can delay shipping by two business days.

sHIPPInG POLICY
All orders placed on U.S. holidays, weekends, or other holidays observed by ZumbaFashion will be shipped within two business days.
In rare cases due to unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, shipping company delays, etc.), shipment times may be delayed.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Shipping dates cannot be guaranteed. In the event of unforeseen delays outside of our control, the estimated shipping date is subject to change without notice.
In the event a package is returned to us for ANY reason you will still be responsible for the original shipping fees, if applicable, charged to you by us (ZumbaFashion). If your package is refused or returned to us, we will refund the amount of your order, excluding shipping and handling charges. If you would like for us to reship on an undeliverable package, free shipping does not apply.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please note when using FedEx, FedEx will pay upfront your custom/duty fees to avoid delays. They will then invoice you for payment for the those fees. The invoices you receive from FedEx are not for shipping but for custom/duty. FedEx reserves the right to take legal action for non-payment. In the event you decide to refuse to pay and the package is returned to ZumbaFashion, any expeneses we incur for your refusal of delivery, we will subtract it from your return. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us before ordering so you may be fully aware of the process.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
When using FedEx, please provide your physical street address for delivery as we may not be able to deliver to a PO Box. Orders with shipping addresses to PO Boxes cannot be guaranteed for delivery and void the estimated delivery date.
FedEx gives an estimated arrival date, it is not guaranteed delivery date. Your updated estimated delivery date will be given with your Shipping confirmation email with the tracking number provided by the carrier.
We, ZumbaFashion, uses several different shipping carriers depending on type of shipment and geographic location.
Proof of signature is not required for delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package. In the event that the customer is not available, the package may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the carrier. We, ZumbaFashion, will not be resposible for packages left unattended and/or stolen.
